This policy explains how Cocoaintel Market collects, uses, and protects personal data when you browse the marketplace, create an account, post listings, submit inquiries, and communicate with other marketplace participants.

Data we collect
We collect the account, company, and listing information you submit directly, such as name, email address, company details, marketplace listings, inquiry messages, and profile settings. We also process technical information needed to operate the service, including IP-based security signals, authentication events, browser metadata, and error logs.
How we use data
We use personal data to authenticate users, moderate listings, route inquiries, maintain platform security, prevent abuse, operate analytics, and improve the marketplace experience. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
The marketplace relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, geocoding providers for location lookup, Google Analytics when you consent to analytics cookies, and Resend if transactional notification emails are enabled.
Cookies and analytics

Retention and security
